Work plays an important role in life, and it certainly does for me. After years of experience across various sectors, I discovered that my passion lies in connecting people and organizations. This realization led me to become a freelance recruiter.

My skills
I support organizations on an interim basis in solving capacity challenges. This involves thoroughly analyzing the entire recruitment process, including the selection and implementation of the right tooling (ATS), and streamlining operational processes to enhance the candidate journey. My goal is to help companies attract and retain talent more effectively and efficiently.
In addition, I handle recruitment and selection assignments for companies struggling to fill specialized, often senior, positions. With in-depth knowledge of the job market and my clients’ needs, I ensure sustainable matches that contribute to the success of the organization.
my work experience
In the past, I worked for major corporates such as PwC, Philips, and NN, always in an international setting, which has made me bilingual in my communication. During my last three years at Philips, I served as Global Head of Legal Operations in the legal department, leading a team of six. Since then, I have also gained experience with start-ups, scale-ups, and mid-sized consultancy firms, further broadening my perspective on various organizations and their challenges.
